Introduction:
If you have ever dreamed of mimicking the enchanting “Golden Goddess” makeup look seen on celebrities during the red carpet season, then this article is for you. The video tutorial we’re focusing on today walks us through this glitzy yet elegant makeup look in a step-by-step, easy to follow format. So roll up your sleeves and be ready to elevate your cosmetic skills and knowledge.
Step-by-Step Guide:
The tutorial starts with the application of a hydrating primer, an essential step to give the skin that enviable red carpet glow. Next, the vlogger applies a dewy foundation that matches her skin tone perfectly, followed by a lightweight concealer for problem areas.
For the eyes, she uses three eyeshadow shades, a light shimmery gold, a medium copper, and a dark brown. She starts with the lightest shade on the whole lid, then the copper on the outer half, and the darkest shade on the outer corner.
Eyebrows are filled using a pencil with fine strokes before enhancing the cheekbones with a blend of bronzer and blush. Next, a glowy highlighter is added to areas where light naturally hits the face.
The vlogger then lines the lips with a nude lip liner and fills them with a peachy nude matte lipstick. The look gets finalized with a mist of setting spray, ensuring the makeup look stays pristine all day.
Key Tips and Advice:
1. The video emphasizes the importance of blending. A seamless blend means no harsh lines, giving a more natural and polished end result.
2. Highlighting the brow bone and inner corner of your eyes can make your eyes appear larger and more awake.
3. Use a lip liner to prevent your lipstick from bleeding and to create the illusion of fuller lips.
Conclusion:
This tutorial proves that the glamorous “Golden Goddess” look is not exclusive to Hollywood stars. With some practice and the right tools, anyone can recreate this timeless and elegant look. As the vlogger concludes, “Makeup should be fun, so don’t be afraid to experiment and make this look your own.”

BH Cosmetics hardly exist any more.
I used to have dark circles – got rid of them – but now at 53 have small bags under my eyes – getting rid of them too slowly! But I DO love make up – oh how I love make up and your channel xxxx
HAVE you tried the new Dermatology Corrector??
I’m just getting into color correctors this video is super helpful!
I love your makeup tutorials! (Somebody is messing with your video, FYI. Although I think you might be aware. ) I don't know what the laws are in your country about using someone's video without permission to create digitally generated videos that modify the small pixels in a digital graphic file to create a simulation of the person. Some call this Artifical Intelligence, but that is not how I understand the term. Companies who scrape art and video are simply using computer programs to modify the many embedded color commands in a graphics file. There are also computer programs that use tags embedded in the programs to generate new images based on the images in a large database of images. I think that you already know this, I am just writing this out for your viewers who may not know this.
You’re the best makeup artist I’ve come across you’ve taught me a lot over the years thank you. The honesty the transparency is really appreciated 💕💕💕
We have the same exact eyes I swear. You’re my number 2 beauty guru ❤
I'm scared by your long fingernails!
Question since your undereye bags are more red wouldn’t you add green not peach?
I like the Bobbi Brown correctors (not concealer) because they have soooo many shades, in both pink and peach tones.
Do you use a dry sponge or a damp sponge? What is the difference? When do you use a dry sponge and when to use a damp sponge? Love your videos! Learn sooo much!!!😊
Yes! When I paint people I start with a burnt sienna background! Love this!
I usually use a dark coloured lipstick .. 😊
Ben Nye products ROCK!! Nothing like them!! ❤
Dr Amir Karim on YouTube turned me off of filler. He's really good, check him out
can i just use a lipstick to colour correct
I loooooove your videos, i have the same anatomy as you and you are gooooooooorgeous, thank you so much! you helped me so much covering my dark circles
Have you tried the Charlotte tilbury one?
Now what do you do with the undereye area without concealer?
How many units of filler did you get?
Finally! Someone who does not "triangle" with concealer and actually explains how to correct and conceal. I have had BAD bags my entire life – sleep or no sleep… Most concealers just accentuate my dark circles, and nothing has worked… ever. They never go away. Please keep them coming – I am learning so much!
omg this just SAVED my life.
may translate your videos to brazilian portuguese?
You have a really ASMRy voice
8:42 for the color corrector application!
Painter 🙂 here 👍
And for melasma?
I don’t understand when these things happen. I just watched concealing your under eyes and you used Becca color corrector. I don’t understand why you didn’t mention it why you stopped using it etc. I guess I’m upset because I just ordered the same shade. I should’ve waited till this video. I’ve been looking at the stila color corrector. You never respond to these but I’m frustrated.
May men also do that for dark circles? 😅
Omg do you have a drugstore version of this ????? I need help
Pixie Pie corrector has been suggested to me so many times but I do not want to join their memorship. Would you try it because I trust you and let us know your opinion.
BH is discontinued any suggestions for replacement ?
I totally agree with your point on BH Cosmetics. I bought a 10 colour camouflage palette (now discontinued) and it is still solid. Olive shades included. And the best part after so many years of owning it I found it contained my perfect corrector shade and I was unaware. Silly me. It's been like 6 years I bought it and it is still going strong. It didn't go bad and I keep checking for it.
Hey love your channel! Thank you for being honest. I love that you have textured skin like me and show so many helpful tips. I'm trying to find that damn wheel on Amazon! Did you put the link up??? I can't find it 😢
My God..skip to fkn 10 minutes in..
I am currently using Borghese it is thick in a color wheel.
I've spent a bunch of $$ and not confident about my shade choices for colour corrector, concealers or foundation. Just a grey mess really. Love your vid❤️
First, I just wanted to say… I have watched hundreds of these videos and you are the only one that not only helps make sense of the logic behind color correctoring but you are hilarious and our skin tone is SO spot on similar. I also have pale olive skin and extremely dark circles that I have a difficult time covering without looking "grey". Thank you for all you do to help us all look and most importantly FEEL beautiful.
You are beautiful and you are perfect!
Wow I never considered leaving that creased space just under my eyes uncovered. But you're so right: the only thing that goes there is my eye shadow anyway. It's been such a problem area for me that I kept feeling like I was just making worse!!
The color she uses in the Bill Nye SK100 wheel is the MO-2 Medium.
Super helpful
Been struggling with hereditary dark circles for years
Holy rambling!
Makes sense Im anpainter and never thought of it that way. Thanks for the information and great content!
Amazing! Thank you so much!
Tooo much talking more than doing
I know this has nothing to do with a tutorial but in a way maybe it does because you brought it up sooo what kind of espresso do you like ? Goodness gracious sounds like a color of a bronzer or an eyeshadow or an eyeliner I don’t know where I’m going with us but .. 😳😩😂💐💐💐
I’ve tried several correctors for my very dark circles in shades of peach and light bisques but I can still see my circles through my concealer. Any suggestions?
Uf I'm in Iran and here in my lil city I can't find gud ones and I have so bad dark circles 😪😪😪
