This article eventfully unpacks the video, shedding light on every detailed stroke she makes with her brush to recreate her signature smoky eye look, thereby making it simple for you to achieve this style from the comfort of your own vanity.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Jane begins with a clean, moisturized face, priming her skin with a hydrating primer to ensure a smooth canvas.
2. Opting for a long-wear, matte foundation, Jane meticulously applies it using a damp beauty sponge, ensuring a flawless finish.
3. She then shapes and fills her eyebrows using a pomade and precisely defines them using a concealer for a neat look.
4. Moving on to the star of the show – the eyes, she primes her lids before layering three shades of brown eyeshadow – starting with a light matte base, a medium matte transition shade, and a dark matte accent in her outer v for depth.
5. Jane softens the look with a blending brush, a key tip for a perfectly diffused smoky eye.
6. She brightens the eye area with concealer, sets her foundation and concealer with a translucent loose powder and contours her face subtly.
7. She finishes off the look with a swipe of muted-pink lipstick – a perfect complementary shade for the smoky eye.

Key Tips and Advice:

Jane emphasizes the importance of well-hydrated and primed skin for a smooth makeup application. Moreover, the use of a damp sponge helps in achieving a seamless foundation look. Moreover, her unique approach to a smoky eye, which involves layering and blending shades, helps in creating depth and drama while being daytime-appropriate. Firstly to say that I really like your videos and find them very helpful/informative 😊
Just one little bit of feedback: because you have thick brows which require very minimal filling in, if any, would you consider using a model to demonstrate brow products? Just so we could get a better idea of the results?

Since you have naturally thick brows, you dont really need much help…but people with thinner/lighter brows do. Please show us a video with a model with thin and light brows.

I have a question. I have micro bladed ombré powdered brows/oily skin naturally. Would a brow pomade still be ok to fill in brows to make them bolder? Or can I use powder?

Hi, so I' really like some of the videos that I've seen from your channel and you seem like a real person who is really good at explanations. I am not sure what to use for my brow. About 4 years ago, this woman was waxing me and she ended up burning me in a few places on my face and one of them was the brow on my right side. At least half the eye brow never grew back. I've been getting back into make-up but the brow thing bothers me a lot. I don't think pencils are for me cause I don't have that kind of steadiness. I'd like to ask you for your opinion. I think for me, the one that looks more like mascara would probably be easier for me but people here are saying the gel is better. Which one do you think would be best? Also, do you have any preference on an affordable eye lash curler? Thank you♥
