Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Skin Prep: Begin by using a hydrating moisturizer to create a radiant canvas for makeup application. This ensures smooth product blendability and prevents cakey-looking foundation.

2. Base Foundation: Apply a light layer of your favorite liquid foundation. Blend it effortlessly into the skin using a sponge for an airbrushed finish.

3. Concealer: To conceal any redness or blemishes, a creamy concealer is neatly blended onto the skin.

4. Set with Powder: Lock your base in place using a fluffy brush and a setting powder. This helps to reduce shine and increase the longevity of the makeup.

….

Key Tips and Advice:

One significant lesson from the video worth emphasizing revolves around the concept of ‘less is more’. Our makeup artist insists that makeup should enhance natural beauty, not mask it. She also emphasizes the importance of blending all products thoroughly for seamless, natural-looking results.

Conclusion:

The video tutorial presents an approachable, step-by-step guide to achieving a polished everyday makeup look. The expert advice offered encourages viewers to approach makeup as a tool to accentuate their unique features rather than conceal them.

Product and Tool Listing:

1. Moisturizer – Nutrient-rich product for prepping the skin before makeup application.
2. Liquid Foundation – Serves as the base layer to ensure an even skin tone.
3. Concealer – Ideal for camouflaging any skin imperfections such as blemishes or redness.
4. Setting Powder – Ensures that your foundation and concealer stay put for longer.

…..

Thank you sooo much with explaining heart vs oval faces!! I knew I was one but wasn’t sure which one. Now I’m pretty sure I have a heart face shape

If we have a heart face shape, can we apply blush on cheekbones (I saw on the internet that we should place blush in this area as well).

My mum taught me how to apply makeup and she always told me to smile and apply the blush where my cheeks are the chubbiest and where someone would pinch my chubby cheeks. It's worked for me.

1:21 girl on left , definitely doesn’t have an oval face. More triangular/ heart. And Lupita 💯 doesn’t have a heart shape either. Perfect heart shape face example would be Reese Witherspoon.

I've been applying my blush in the heart shaped way for decades. I just experimented and felt it looked best and gave a healthy glow. I've never seen anyone else do it that way.

    I have a heart & oval shape 🥴 ( When I’m not snacking at night ) 🤣🤣
I only focus my blush on the apple of my cheeks. Because I found out it brings out my looks and Chipmunk cheeks more.

I be frowning when I do my makeup sometimes I make mistakes and put my blush like I’m trying to create a Cheek 🤦‍♀️ Now I see why back in the 50s & 60s my Grandma and them would smile or pinch their cheeks while applying blush. She still be teaching me stuff as well, although she just wear lipstick now.
