Introduction
In the captivating YouTube tutorial, “Dare to be Bold: Embrace your Inner Color Passion,” popular beauty vlogger, Abby Bold, guides viewers on an exciting journey of playful and trendy makeup experiments. The video unlocks a vibrant world of makeup hues, teaching how to blend contrasts that infuse personality and makes a striking visual statement. If you’ve been yearning to break free from neutral makeup monotony, this article is your passport to a color-drenched beauty regime.
Step-by-Step Guide
The beauty of Abby’s techniques is in their approachability. Following along Abby’s easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions will boost your skills and confidence.
1. Abby starts by applying a clean canvas with a matte primer to absorb excess oils and help the colors pop.
2. She uses a light shade as an eyeshadow base to allow the subsequent colors to blend seamlessly.
3. Our vlogger then embarks on her color expedition. After selecting geometrically shaped sponges, she delicately stipples her chosen colors onto her lids, creating a stunning rainbow effect.
4. Lastly, she recommends applying a generous coat of mascara and a bold lipstick to produce a cohesive, eye-catching look.
Key Tips and Advice
– “Don’t shy away from color,” Abby emphasizes. By jazzing up traditional makeup routines, we introduce a spark of uniqueness in our appearances.
– Textured sponges can provide a unique blending method for your eyeshadows, as shown in the video, opening up potential experiments with shape and intensity.
– Abby also advised not to forget the importance of highlighted inner corners and under-eyes to ensure a balanced look.
Conclusion
Bold color is not restricted to your wardrobe; it can also find a perfect home in your makeup routine. Abby’s main takeaway is to not fear experimentation. As we revamp our beauty routine, it reflects our personality and uniqueness. As Abby signs off, she encourages viewers to “embrace the world of color, outshine your fears, and radiate confidence.”

It’s your primer or skincare, if it’s separating like that it’s your primer (if you even used one), it can also be you didn’t allow your skincare to dry and absorb into your skin.

I know i’m sort of late to this but can someone explain to me the difference between powder and setting powder? She said set before powder and after setting powder. What is the difference? Thanks!❤
Mine always looks good until my skin dries out again
Don't do this to people who are already insecure about their skin, it's always the people with clear and texture free skin that try to give advice about makeup without considering how lucky they are. The tips will help, but don't spread the information that textured skin is cakey
❤❤❤❤❤😮
OOF MERIDITH IS ONNA BE MADDD😅
Y'all be saying that the Internet doesnt show the truth but the people irl are proving otherwise
What kind of foundation do you use?
Either way, I do every one of these steps, and I’ve tried everything. I have an oily face so after 2 hrs my makeup just melts off my face, I feel so hopeless idk what to do anymore.
Rihanna ?? Close enough.
These people dont know lol. Cakey makeup and texture are two different things. Your makeup doesnt have to look cakey and dry. If you properly prep your skin, exfoliate and learn how to apply products then your makeup can look smoother. Another problem is most people dont exfoliate like they should.
Bruh. Its the soft box lighting she is using that makes her skin look poreless. Not the foundation. IF YOU sever want to see how real makeup looks google Getty images of red carpet celebs. They always post unedited ones.
I'm sure your skin can only look like this with a FILTER! YOU ARE LYING TO EVERYONE AND MAKING THEM INSECURE 😢
Pretty 🎉
What is the difference between setting and blotting powder please?
You have perfect skin 🥹😍
❤❤❤
Step one: use a beauty filter
Thank you
Do I want to keep this shake it up so when I grow up I can do it so what happened to other people don't happen to me thinking
Contour your nose😮😮😮😮😮
That’s texture, not cake 🙄
If your make up starting to look like that, please invest yourself in a good skin care routine. Regardless of much effort you put in applying your make up or how many products you slap on your face, it will show in real life no matter what. Make up won't last especially in the outside world. Unless, you are setting in your studio with lots of beauty lights on, you are good but in person and up closed encounter, you look like a clown. Lol
U r soo beautiful actually 😍😍
Setting most always leaves huge dots all over my face help 😢
U got to much makeup on right now. The way not to use to much bass it use a good moisturizer 1st then put on ur bass u want need as much & it keeps ur face looking fresh 💗
Awesome explanation and not too many products
“Don’t use much foundation”
Meredith: 👁️👄👁️
A tip:Don't use a foundation instead grab a beauty blender, spray setting spray or water on it and add some compact powder to it and then apply it on your face
