Introduction:
The YouTube video in question is a comprehensive makeup tutorial by the renowned beauty vlogger, Alicia, known for her practical and accessible makeup techniques. This video, titled “Easy Day to Night Makeup: Reveal Your Inner Diva,” guides viewers through Alicia’s simple yet transformative makeup routine. By taking her look from casual daytime chic to a confident evening glam, Alicia shares an engaging mix of pro-tips, personal insights, and creative solutions for an effortless beauty transition.
Step-by-Step Guide:
1. Alicia begins with a clean, moisturized face and applies a light, skin-tone-matching foundation using a damp beauty sponge to ensure a natural, even coverage.
2. Next, she shares a technique for contouring and highlighting to emphasize facial features subtly. By blending contours beneath the cheekbones, along the jawline, and on the sides of the nose, you can add definition to your face.
3. For a fresh daytime look, Alicia opts for a neutral-toned eyeshadow palette, applying a soft peach color to the crease and a shimmery champagne shade to the lids.
4. A thin line of eyeliner, a couple of mascara coats, and a touch of coral blush later, Alicia’s daytime look is complete.
5. Transitioning to the evening look, Alicia adds a smoky brown eyeshadow in the outer corner of her lids, creating an illusion of depth. A bold red lip and a dusting of highlighting powder on the cheekbones, the bridge of the nose, and the cupid’s bow add the finishing touches to a glamorous nighttime look.
Key Tips and Advice:
Alicia emphasizes the importance of blending makeup seamlessly—for a natural look, limit harsh lines or stark color contrasts. She also encourages experimenting with color palettes that complement your skin tone and reflect your personal style.

She’s like 12 years old. Try this on my 45 year old wrinkly self. Different story
really helpful 😊❤
Looks like he didn't use anything.
Looks like he does NOT respond to any comments
Her skin is perfect. Do this on someone with mature skin.
Stop adding a filter in small areas of her face in the video please
Yeah that will also end up taking off the color corrector so you’ll be left with darkness ! Dumb
Cotton bud? lol
1..kya apply krne ke baad kuch time ke liye choodna hai without powder nd ….2..then remove the patches nd set the powder??
I do not even see any product
Thank you
I’m confused, no concealer was applied? And so therefore nothing was hidden, you can still see her dark under eye pigmentation…🤔
honestly it doesn't. Concealer always creases. Doesn't matter what one does
What do you suggest to conceal melasma and larger pores ony face??
Cotton bud?
It's A Q Tip
Are you adding more concealer on the Qtip?
Also could you show this technique on a woman over 50?😊
Looks the same to me😂 where is the concealer?
Could you demonstrate on someone older than 16 pls😊
You can see if gave her crepey skin in the part where you wiped under the eye. This is my experience every time I’ve tried to wipe concealer in that area as well.
The creasing is going to last longer… Fail to understand this
Lol😂 I've been doing zis forever. Um, didn't work on your model hun
Cotton bud is a Q-tip? Mind blown!! I was Googling what is cotton bud because I thought they were using the Q-tip to administer some product called cotton bud underneath the eye. I feel so silly now however I have never in my life heard a Q-tip referred to as a cotton bud.
She's a 6yr old and therefore has no wrinkles. You need to do this on older skin, Sir. Not on a child. This proves nothing.
How to select concealer for dark skin tone?
The cottonbud and finger tip worked!!!! Then the powder made it crease. So I'll try under my eyes without powder. But on my eyelid I need translucent powder, so no concealer.
the problem with me is i don't know how much quantity to use
This is actually genius
Did you know using powders and makeup clogs the tear ducts of the eyes causing dry eye disease.
It look worse
16 yo Yay! powder
61 yo $hit! poowder
Please do not rub a q tip underneath ur eyes its too rough and will cause wrinkles. Instead use an eye cream before applying concealer sparingly then spray makeup fixer
Well i still saw the creasing,, sorry.. lol
But her concealer doesn't work. Her darkness is still there. Use a light miusturizer, then a lightweight liquid color corrector. If a shiny finish shows up after youve finished your makeup, use a small soft brush to apply a tiny amount of pressed translucent powder. But give everything a chance to set, say fifteen minutes or so, then go for the powder.
I’ m going to try it ❤👍.
👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Yes, use a Qtip and be 20 years old 😜
? But this removes coverage then
What kind of. Powder
The purpise of doing make up differently is to achieve a BETTER outcome — Thers is NO change at all.
Her under eyes are still dark.
Just airbrush it in post edits❤
Daaah
Never use powder in the eye area. Wrinkles. Future wrinkles. Think about it!
Please make it clear that that’s not with anybody 50 or older should do as I took your advice, and it made my wrinkles worse.
Try a more mature model next time pls!!!
Great tip! Thanks! 💗
great
What about those of us that are not fetuses? Powder beneath the eye is the bane of our existence. I feel I’ve finally found the answer with every new technique or product until I look in the mirror 30 minutes later😮😣😭. What say you for the uh…seasoned women?
Thank youuu
Do you use cotton bud to apply the Concealer?
How about caking? I’ve tried hydrating and different types of concealers but it always looks dry
