This article breaks down a popular YouTube tutorial, ensuring you know the nitty-gritty of achieving that captivating look at home.

**Step-by-Step Guide**

*Step 1*: Begin by prepping your eyelids with the primer. This ensures that your eyeshadow stays put all day or night.

*Step 2*: Apply a light matte eyeshadow, which serves as a base, using a fluffy brush.

*Step 3*: Utilize a darker shade to define the crease, blending inward for a soft-focus effect.

*Step 4*: For our smoky eye, use a black eyeshadow on the outer corner and gradually blend inwards.

*Step 5*: The cherry on top – Glitter. Use a flat brush to apply the glitter gel on the center of the lid.

**Key Tips and Advice**

*Tip 1*: Always start with less and gradually build up the intensity.

*Tip 2*: Great makeup begins with great skincare. So, don’t forget to moisturise before you start your makeup routine.

Honestly thank you for telling me that olive undertones can have green veins! I am pale (think Scandinavian) but I have an olive undertone. It took years for me to figure it out, meanwhile I was always wondering why I have such a sallow complexion, no foundations match, etc.

You have explained it very well and your efforts were much appreciated! How come you have each and every skin type and tone on your skin, which made me even confusing to choose 😢😅. I too feel I am similar to you… both warm and cool undertones and with all types of skin 🤔

The problem I have is all these websites want you to put in what foundation you currently use so they can give you the match in other brands…I’m starting from scratch, I don’t have any 😂.

I was looking for how to tell the undertone of THE PRODUCT, but everyone was talking about how to tell the undertone of YOUR SKIN, the "match in store" section was exactly what I needed. And that website is useful. Thanks for the video.
